🏁 Track Elements Sponsorship – Flexible System

To allow for optimal flexibility in final track design, all track elements have fixed prices, but their final placement may vary depending on layout constraints. This ensures that your sponsorship is fully represented, even if adjustments are needed during the course setup.

For example, if a Full Gate (€500) cannot be integrated into the final track layout due to design or space considerations, we may instead place multiple Flags, ensuring your sponsorship value remains consistent and fully visible.

Here are the available options and their point values:

• Gate with your Logo – 500€
  A fully designed gate including your branding. (Max. 4 available)
• Flag – 200€
  A standard-sized flag with your logo, placed as an obstacle or near the pilot zone. (Max. 10 available)
• Tall Flag – 300€
  A taller, fully designed flag for greater visibility. (Max. 1 available)
• Wall with your logo – 700€
  A large, fully designed wall placed along the track or in key visual areas. (Max. 2 available)
• Special Track Element Upgrade + €1000
  If you sponsor 3–4 gates, you can upgrade them into a Special Track Element named by you, which will be referenced multiple times in the livestream during the final races.

🏆 Prize Distribution – Included with Minimum Sponsorship

Sponsors who reach the minimum sponsorship value of €700 or more have the opportunity to provide prizes for the sub-finals and be recognized live on stage during the award ceremony.

Once the sponsorship threshold is met, you’ll be invited to contribute products, vouchers, or giveaways for distribution.
